Toprak Razgatlioglu has claimed a dramatic maiden World Sup꧋erbike race win by beating Jonathan Rea with a last-lap overtake ꩲin a race which saw Michael van der Mark crash out of the lead.

The Puccetti Kawasaki rider started a lowly 16th place after struggling in the wet qualifying but having topped the timesheet in similar conditions to the final practice session he duly replicated his dominant pa🌜ce to charge through the order.

After surviv🦄ing a clash with Chaz Davies at Turn 15 on Lap 4, which saw the Aruba.it Racing Ducati rider go down, Razgatlioglu tra💛ded overtakes with Rea while battling for second place as the pack began to spread out over the final 10 laps.

But when disaster struck van der Mark with three laps, as the Dutch rider fell off at Turn 5 as ไhe lost contro𒆙l of his Pata Yamaha braking for the hairpin, it set up a fight for victory between Rea and Razgatlioglu.

Having spent the closing stages behind the reigning World Superbike champion, finding out where his rival was suffering for 🅷grip, the Turkish rider made his move on the final lap charging up the inside at Turn 13.

With Rea havಌing to settle to second place, he still extends his World Superbike championship lead to 100 points with chief title rival Alvaro Bautista finishing off the pace in fifth place.

With van der Mark falling late on, it opened up the final podium spot with Tom Sykes reeling♋ in Loris Baz late on to clinch third place for BMW.

Baz still equals his beไst result of the season for Ten Kate Racing Yamaha despite missing out on the rostrum as he also kept clear of the chasing Bautista.

With Alex Lowes taking sixth place for Pata Yamaha, Leon Ca𒆙mier capped an impressive return to World Superbike action with seventh place for Moriwaki Althea Honda having been out injured with a shoulder prꦅoblem since May.

GRT Yamaha’s Marco Melandri claimed eighth place thanks to a late promotion afte👍r Leon Haslam high-sided off at the final corner on Lap 16.

Eugene Laverty grabbed ninth place for Team Goeleven Ducati as thওe second GRT Yamaha rider of Sandro Cortese rounded out the top 10.

Jordi Torres recovered from a poor qualifying to take 11th place for Pedercini Kawasaki ahead of Orelac Kawasaki’s Leandro Mercado as van der Mark remounted to take 13th place.

Michael Ruben Rinaldi (Barni Ducati) and Alessandro Delbianco (Althea Honda) completed the points places ahead of Markus Reiterberger (BMW), Sylvain Barrier (Brixx Du👍cati) and Ryuic🃏hi Kiyonari (Moriwaki Althea Honda).
