The Swiss rider’s 1m 54.750s saw him edge Mahias on the GRT Yamaha by just 0.021s with Cortese on the Kallio Racing Yamaha half a tenth off Krummenacher. Caricasulo was bumped down🐬 to fourth place late on but kept in front of FP1 timesheet-topper Jules Cluzel for NRT Yamaha as just over one-tenth of a second split the top five.

The gap to the rest of the field was remarkable considering the tight gap at the front wit𒐪h Luke Stapleford in sixth place for Profile Racing Triumph but over six-tenths off of Krummenacher's best time.

Raffaele De Rosa continues to lead MV Agusta’s charge down in seventh ahead of top Honda rider Kyle Smith w❀ith Ayrton Badovini (MV Agusta) and Michael Canducci (Team GoEleven Kawasaki) completing the top ten cꦚontenders.
