The early laps produced a provisional pole battl🥃e between Friday’s fastest man Oettl and 2019 series champion Randy Krummenacher.
That was until current ch♋ampionship lead🐭er Aegerter bettered both riders with a 1:42.153s.
Aegerter’s time was the best of the weekend t🐼o that point, before going even quicker with his next effort to set the first sub 1m 42s lap.
Aegerter looked set to keep provisional pole as the cheque🐈red flag dropped, however, Oettl’s final effort saw him pip the Swiss rider by -0.036s.
Th๊ere were several crashes late on including first time WorldSSP rider Billy Van Eerde who suffer꧂ed a fast fall at turn 12.

After missing last weekend’s🐻 eighth round of the season due to MotoE responsibilities, Dominique Aegerter returned to World Supersport action in style by ending FP2 fastest.
Philipp Oettl continued his impressive pace from this morning to lead the majority of the session before coming under ꩵlate pressure from series leader Aegerter.
The Swiss rider was on course to go top with five minutes remaining after posting three red sectors, however, traffic heading into the Jorge Lorenzo corner (final corner) led t☂o Aegerter losing all his advantage.
Aegerter did eventually get the better of his former Moto2 competitor on his next lap, while title rival Steven O🅰dendaal was third quickest.&nbs🏅p;

After missing last weekend’s Catalan WorldSSP round due to a schedule clash with MotoE, championship leader Dominique Aegerter was ba꧙ck in action for Ten Kate Yamaha, while five-time s♈eries champion Kenan Sofuoglu made a sensational return to racing for one day only with Puccetti Kawasaki.
Sofuoglu’s return with Puccetti is to celebrate the recent announcemen🌼t that more models will be added to the list of homologated motorcycles for the championship in 2022.
On-track, Philipp Oettl was the early pace setter from Aegerter and Randy Krummenacher. However, winner last time out Manuel Gonzalez then went fastest with five minutes left, while Federico Caricasulo cras🌳hed. &🦋nbsp;
Finnish rider Niki Tuuli went third overall before making that P2 on his very next effort before Oettl then set a stunning 1:42.249s to go𝐆 over four tenths quicker than Gonzalez.
