Van Straalen re-signs with EAB Racing for 2022 WorldSSP season

Glenn Van Straalen will compete in his second full-time WorldSSP season in 2022 after agreeing to stay with EAB Racing.

Glenn Van Straalen will compete in his second full🥃-time WorldSSP season in 2022 after agreeing to stay with EAB Raci🐷ng. 

The Dutch rideꦛr becomes the 15th rider to be announced for next season, a year that will be his fifth overall in the category. 

Van Straalen was a late introduction to the 2021 season after he replaced Randy Krummenacher. Duꦬring the nine races he contes﷽ted, Van Straalen secured points finishes in five of them, while also suffering four DNF’s. 

Speaking about hi🐈s new deal, Van Straalen added: "I’m happy and proud that we can continue the hard work of 2021 and that I can race a full WorldSSP season. 

"It’s also a great opportunity for me to once again measure myself against the best Supersport riders in the wor𝐆ld. 

"I can’tꦰ wait to start the season and have my finge💃rs crossed that we can have a ‘normal’ race year, with spectators. 

"Thanks to my family, sponsors and fans for the🗹 great support in 2021, I’m looking 🅰forward to see you all soon!"

Along with his continued participation with EAB Racing, Van Straalen will remain on Yamaha machinery for the🤡 second consecutive year.

"Glenn has imꦡpressed me a lot this year, as he jumped on the EAB Racing Team Yamaha YZ꧅F-R6 for the first time in Barcelona and he was riding like he raced all year long in the World Supersport Championship!
