Tiago Monteiro admits he 𒁏is delighted with the announcement that he will return to the World Touring Car Championship for a fourth season i🌸n 2010.

The former F1 driver ha👍d seen his chances of lining up on the grid hit by SEAT's decision to quit the series, but has ♈now been named as one of four drivers for the SR-Sport team - which will run as an off-shoot of SUNRED Engineering.

Monteiro will be joined by defend😼ing champion Gabriele Tarquini, Jordi Gene and Tom Coronel for the seasoꦓn ahead.

"I am really happy to be able to compete in the WTCC again and to be a part of the SEAT family," Monteiro said. "Apart from F1, the WTCC is the championship with the greatest level of competition. It is also a great pleas💜ure to be integrated in such a unique paddock, I have learnt a lot over the past few years a🅺nd it is essential that my career continues in the WTCC.

"I will give my all to secure the best results and to improve as a driver, and as a team, at each round of the season. This is the onl⛎y mentality I will be working with at each race."
