Mitchell Carr in BSB debut with TAG Racing

Former Australian Supersport champion Mitchell Carr has joined the new-look Anvil Hire TAG𒁃 Racing team as he prepares for his debut in the MCE British Su📖perbike Championship this season.

Carr, from Wollongong, joins former National Superstock 1000 champion Richard Cooper in the team, with the pair riding Ka༒wasaki ZX-10R machines.

TAG Racing has obtained a🍷 new title sponsor in Burton-upon-Trent plant hire speciali✱sts Anvil Hire as the team steps up the BSB class this year.

Carr, who also has experience of competing in the World Supersport Championship, said: "I am really looking forward 💃to joining the MCE BSB grid as the series has always been a stand out for talent꧒ and to be surrounded by world class riders will be a great experience for me.

"The success of fellow Australian racers there has really inspired me and it is proven with history that we can compete on a World level. I raced in the World Supersport Championship and that wജas a very big learning curve, but BSB presents a whole new challenge, however I am ready to take it all in my stride.

"I am very confident that the Anvil Hire TAG Racing team will provide me with every chance possible and I have great aspiratio🌼ns for the 2014 season," added the 26-year-old.

"I know I am with a competitive team; however, I do not take my competition lightly. I am just looking t🔜o gel with bike and improve with every outing.

"It will b✅e an awesome experience, the greatest of my racing career yet to date. I am ready to take it all in and race the season of my life."

Anvil Hire TAG ▨Racing will also contest the Motorpoint British Supersport and Pirelli National S⛎uperstock 1000 Championships, with the rider-line up to be confirmed soon.
