Hislop's mum says thanks for support.
Steve Hislop's mother, Margaret, has issued a statement today thanking peopl♍e for their support following the tragic accident that claimed Hizzy's life at the end of July.
In a letter released by the MonsterM🔴ob Ducati's pr𒐪ess officer, Larry Carter, the team with whom Steve won the British Superbike championship last year, Margaret wrote:
"Dear all,
"Myself, George and Ally along with Aaron and Connor would like to extend our most grateful th🥂anks for the numerous cards, flowers, letters and messages of support that we have received since Steve's tragic accident.

Meanwhile, last weekend at Oulton Park, where the next two rounds of the 2003 British Superbike Championship took place, a collection bucket placed in garage one during the pit lane walkabout on Sunday raised over ?1000 towards the 'Steve Hislop Memor𝓡ial Fund'.
