Nursing a headache, the amicable Frenchman was comparing thওe amount of ground he covered with all four wheels of his Promatecme Dallara-Mugen off the floor, as a result of taking off over the kerbs at the first corner chicane.

"I came down oꦛff the banking in to the chicane at about 230kph and, when I hit the second kerb, I just took off and landed 60 metres further down the track, banging my head on the steer⛄ing wheel," Jouanny explained, "I think the banking is awesome to drive and the rest of the circuit is incredible - however, my only concern is that the chicane is too dangerous."

Replays 🦂of the onboard camera clearly backed up his concerns.
