di Resta was belatedly excluded from the final round of the series after a late braking m🍰ove while trying to pass Duval at the hairpin saw him collide with ASM's Maximilian G?tz. Both drivers were forced to retire, while di Resta's pain was increased by the imposition of EUR1000 fine.
The decision didn't make an impact regarding the p🔯oints finishers, with only G?tz moved up one position, 🥃from 19th to 18th, three laps behind race winner Lewis Hamilton.
