F1 Austrian Grand Prix: Fifth place Hulkenberg 'surfing' on confidence

Nico Hulkenberg admits he is 'surfing on a good wave' at t🌊he moment as he turned in one of the best qualifying performances of his career with a surprise fifth place for the Austrian Grand Prix.
In the final race for the current generation VJM08 before it is phased out for the upc🌠oming B-spec car, Hulkenberg is well placed to give it one last hurrah from the third ro💜w after squeezing between the Williams' in Q3.
Though Hulkenberg admits it will be difficult to hold that position come race day, he is confident of getting more points on the 🎃board.
"I am very happy! I think we have had a good chance of a top ten result. Since Friday, the signs were quite positive, but fifth is a surprise 💮to me and the team, albeit a nice one we are happy to take. Tomorrow will be a tough race with the Williams behind and a lot of quick cars, but we have built a good foundation for the race tomorrow."
In the week of his superb Le Mans 24 Hours win, Hulkenberg admits he is currently enjoying the 'wave' of good form at 🐈the moment.
"I am surfing a good wave and I need to surf🙈 it tomorrow. I am just feeling confident, happy and good in the car."
