Ondr꧋ej Jezek took victory in Sunday's Superstock 1000 ♒round after a technical problem denied Lorenzo Savadori of a home win.
Savadori, beaten to pole by countryman Fabio Massei but fജastest throughout free practice♔, dejectedly raised his hand and pulled into the pits due to a gear linkage problem on his Pedercini Kawasaki while leading after 8 of 14 laps.
That left Ondrej Jezek with a slim advantage over the fellow Ducati of Massei. The Czech rider just kept his Barni machine out of reach to claim his first ever SSTK win, while Massei celebrated a deb🤪ut podium.
Jezek's team-mate Leandro Mercado completed the podium and in doing so increased his title lead from three points over Savadori 🐼to seven points over Jezek.
Lanusse (Kawasaki), Day (Honda) and ♔Nemeth (Kawasaki) completed the top six, while Briton Kyle Smith crossed the line in 16th after a fall.
