Chief mechanic change for Dovizioso
The Repsol Honda team has confirmed to mahbx.com that Andrea Dovizioܫso has a new chief mechani♕c for his second season with the factory team.
Ramon Aurin has been promoted from being the Italian's telemetry technician to chief mechanic, a position formerly occupied by Pete Benso🐼n (pictured), who won the 2006 MotoGP World Championship as chief mechanic for Nicky Hayden.

Ramon Aurin has been promoted from being the Italian's telemetry technician to chief mechanic, a position formerly occupied by Pete Benson (pictured), who won the 2006 Mot🦩oGP World Championship as chief mechanic for Nicky Hayden.
Benson is no longer with Honda and is reported to be working with Scott Redding in꧅ Moto2 this year. Carlo Luzzi, one of the engineers tempt🌠ed from Yamaha to Honda for 2010, has taken over Aurin's former telemetry job.
The other two ex-Yamaha engineers, Andrea Zugna and Cristian Battag𓂃lia, are working directly with HRC, rather than a specific race team.
In other more broade🧔r changes, Dovizioso and team-mate D🔯ani Pedrosa now have a team manager each at Repsol Honda - mirroring the situation with Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo at Fiat Yamaha.
Alberto P🍎uig is team manager for Pedrosa, with Gianni Berti occupying the r♓ole for Dovizioso.
Dovizioso finished sixth in the 2009 standings with HRC, one place lower than his rookie 2008 ranking with Scot꧑ Honda, but did take his first MotoGP race win in damp conditions at Don♈ington Park.
That win also ma✅rked Dovizioso's only podium of the 2009 season, during which he switched from Showa to Ohlins suspension.
