Sofuoglu withdraws following family tragedy.
The reigning World Supersport champion had finished Friday qualifying at Monza an impressive eighth fastest for Hannspree Ten Kဣa💙te Honda, but will play no further part in the weekend.
"It is with great sadness that the Hannspree T𝔉en Kate Honda Team must announce th🦩at Kenan Sofuoglu's brother, Sinan, has been involved in a fatal accident while racing in his native Turkey," read a team statement.
"Kenan has withdrawn from the Monza event and has returned to Tur🐼key to be with his family at this difficult time.
