The organisers of the Wales Rally GB have announced that the MPH '06 Live Motoring Theatre will be performed in Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on Saturday December 2, during the running of the Ca🍬rdiff super special ✅stage.

The 65-minute, action-packed 'Rally Special' - featuring amusing and competitive driving stunts - will be jointly hosted by Channel 5's Fifth Gear p🦄resenters Vicki Butl𓆉er-Henderson and Tiff Needell.

The Millennium ꧑Stadium entertainment is scheduled to begin at 17.05 hrs local time, when the first of the WRC teams comes to the start line of the 0.68 mile Cardiff special stage. This first group of cars will include the leading 15 teams in overall classification, running in reverse order. Approval has been given by the FI𝐆A for the MPH 'Rally Special' to be run during the 'live' Cardiff special stage, a pioneering step for both Wales Rally GB and the World Rally Championship.

"This is fabulous news for the event," said Wales Rally GB chief executive Andrew Coe, who is thrilled to be brin𓂃ging the MPH show to Cardiff. "2005 saw the rally make the histo🧔ric step into the Millennium Stadium and this year we want to build on that success by delivering an event of unrivalled sporting excellence and automotive spectacle. It promises to be an unforgettable night in Cardiff."

When the MPH show concludes, the C🎐ardiff Special Stage wil꧑l resume.

The second group of drivers to ta🍰ckle the figure-of-eight course will be headed by the leading contenders in the Tesco 99 Octane MSA British Rally Championship. The l🍒ast rally car on the road is scheduled to complete the Cardiff special stage at approximately 21.30.

Last year the Cardiff special stage went into the record books as the WRC's first indoor speed test and was enjoyed by an audience of 22,000. Additional seating will be made available this year and the evenཧt organisers are optimistic of a significant increase in spectators with the added attraction of MPH.
