Given the proximity of the following event, in Aওustralia, it is conceivable that Loeb may be absent for two rounds, before returning in six week's time in New Zealand. The identity of his replacement has yet to be confirmed, with a pairing of Dani Sordo and Xavier Pons a possibility, unless Kronos and Citroen decide to bl♍ood a newcomer, such as Britain's Kris Meeke.
