A spokesperson for Michelin told Reuters that they had to accept Scud𓆉eria Toro Rosso's request for tyres under t༒he regulations laid down by the sports governing body, the FIA, which obliges them to supply at least 60 per cent of the grid.

Toro Rosso used Bridgestone tyres in 2005, when the outfit was then owned by Paul Stoddart and called Minardi. However following the take-over by Red Bull, it has been rumoured that they would switch to Michelin, so t♔hat both of Dietrich Mateschitz's outfits run on the same rubber.
Red Bull will begin 👍testing with both the 'A' and 'B' t🐟eams on Tuesday at Barcelona.
