Speaking to British newspaper, The Sunday Mirror, the Scot added tha🌄t whatever happens in his opinion it will be 'very competitive'.

"Schumacher's the man as far as Formula🅠 One is concerned and I'd love to beat him. It's an opportunity I've fancied for a long time," he told the tabloid 'paper.

"It's going to be a great event an🅠d the rally bꦏoys will want to show the track racers a thing or two. Whatever happens, it will be very competitive."

The RoC Nations Cup sees 16 race and rally drivers paired up to complete on a track at the Stade de ಌFrance. McRae, will be partnered by David Coulthard, while Schumacher joins up with Armin Schwarz. They then compete in Ferrari sports car and rally cars on a two-lane track.

McRae meanwhile, who recently ♒rejected an offer from Skoda, added that he is stil💮l hopeful of re-joining the WRC in 2005.

"I'm no☂t looking to do the full 16-rally WRC programme but I would like to do some even൲ts," he confirmed. "I still think I have a lot to offer."

Other drivers at the RoC event, include WRC champion, Sebastien Loeb, DTM champion Matthias Ekstrom, IRL chamꦅpion, Tony Kanaan, plus ꦰover half a dozen former champions including NASCAR legend Jeff Gordon and rally hero Marcus Gronholm.
