"The only thing I'm aware of is that my contract with them is at an end next year. I guess he's r✃eferencing that," Ricciardo said.
"💯Nothꦏing's been said between us beyond next [year], so I guess he's more stating facts.
"I don't think he has a plan yet beyond 2018. He wasn't too disappointed after Malaysia. I think he was OK, so I think I'm still O﷽K."
Red Bull has made great progress through campaigns in recent ye𒈔ars, albeit after starting off on the back foot, with Ricciardo hoping that trend stops for 2018.
"I still don't know why the last few years we've had slow𝔍 starts and then found a way to come back," Ricciardo said.
"What we learn hopefully from this year we take to next year and we start stronger. That's obviously th🐻e plan, that's everyone's wish. I guess we do fr🐠om there.
"If next year's no🍃t a very competitive season at all then, of course, that will bꦇe addressed."
