F1: No expectations for Hamilton in Mexico despite strong title odds
Lewis Hamilt🎃on says he is heading into this weekend's Mexican Grand🔥 Prix with "no expectations" despite looking poised to clinch his fourth Formula 1 drivers' title, having given the prospect of reclaiming the crown little thought.
Hamilton requires just one top-five finish from the final three races to wrap up the drivers' title, adding to his successeꦓs in 2008, 2014 and 2015, making his coronation in Mexico seem likely thanks to his 66-point lead over Ferrari's Sebastian♌ Vettel.

Despite the heavy title odds heading into this weekend, Hamilton said he has given the idea of winning the c🍨hampionship little thought, and is simply looking to drive the best race possible in Mexico.
"I’ve not really thought about it to be honest. I am not really su🅷re why," Hamilton admitted.
"I have just been enjoꦜying the moments from the last race and the great response from the team and I have been focusing on doing the same again.
"I enjoyed the last race so much and that’s what I am l𒀰ooking forward to. I am planning to do all I can do.
"But I have no expectations, I just plan to driv🅠e as well as I can and I hope it turns out alrig𓆏ht.”
Hamilton stressed he is not changing his approach or mindset heading into the weeke꧋nd despite only needing a top-five finish, having arrived in Mexico off the back of a fine run of form that has seen him win five of the last six races.
"It doesn’t change my mindset - I want to win. That’s the aim, I have no desire to come here and finish fifth and waꦉtch someone else stand on the podium," Hamilton said
"You are only as good as your last race, so the dream would be to be standing on the top step of the podium this weekend having won the championship. That’s the best feeling.♛"
