After Redding recovered from a typic🌞ally poor start, having initially dropped back to eighth place before clawing his way on to the back of Brookes and Tommy Bridewell, the ex-MotoGP rider made his m♒ove with three laps to go.
Redding ducked under the inside of Bridewel♏l at Paddock Hill Bend at the start of Lap 18 to take second place and attempted to repeat the move on Brookes for the lead at the start of the final lap. The Australian defendꩵed hard for the rest of the final lap to claim victory ahead of Redding by 0.119s at the finish line.
The result sees Brookes trim Redding’s BSB🉐 championship lead to 14 poi✱nts ahead of the final race of the season later today.
With Bridewell having to settle for third place he duly secures third place in the BSB champio📖nship standings for Oxford Racing Ducat༒i.
