Guy Martin has been airlifted to hospital with cheꦏst injuries after crashing heavily during the Isle of Man Senior TT race.

The race had to be red flagged for the first-time two laps in when Martin was involved in an incidentᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ at the Ballagarey area of the course.

An official announcement said Martin had been coℱnscious throughౠout the incident and was being taken to hospital by helicopter with chest injuries.

His motorcycle was repor▨ted to be on fire, and the race had to be red-flagged so a fire engine could attend.
