Michael Dunlop stamped his authority on the PokerStars Senior TT to secure the blue r✨iband silverware for the first time.

It was Dunlop's fourth success of the festival as he completed his second four-timer in two yearsღ to boost his tally of TT wins to 11, joining Steve Hislop and Phillip McCallen on the roll of honour.

The 25-year-old from Ballymoney in Northern Ireland gave BMW an historic victory in the Senior race, 75 years aftꦆer Georg Meier's win in the same race on the Mountain Course.

His winn🙈ing margin in an exhilarating six-lap Senior race was 14 seconds after six laps over Conor Cummins on the Honda Racing Fireblade, with Tyco Suzuki's Guy Martin finishing on the podium in third place.

The 11-time winner set a new l♛ap record for the Senior race at 131.668mph on his second lap.

Dunlop's older brother William was invo𝕴lved in a spill on lap three on the Tyco Suzuki at Graham Memorial and was airlifted to Nobles Hospital with a suspected broken leg.

He 28-year-old was the early leader of the race and wa♛s lying in second ⛎place at the end of lap two, 7.7 seconds behind his brother Michael as they pulled in for their first pit-stop.

Outright lap record holder Bruce Anstey finished fourth on the Valvoline Padgett's Hond♏a ahead of Quattro Plant Kawasaki's James Hillier, with John McGuinness completing the to💫p six on the second Honda Racing Fireblade.

Bradford's Dean Ha൲rrison had been running inside the top six in fifth place when he was a retirement on the RC Express Kawasaki.

Newcomer Peter Hickman became the fastest rookie in TT history with a final lap of 129.104mph on his way to an excellent 11th place on t🏅he Ice Valley BMW.
