Czech WorldSBK: Redding not thinking about the title despite race two victory

Scott Redding secured his first WorldSBK win since race one at Eဣstoril - 13 races ago, thanks to a dominating performa🐲nce in Sunday’s final event.
Redding came within +0.040s of winning race one after a titanic battle with Toprak Razgatlioglu, before taking second position aga♈in in the Superpole race.
The Ducati rider started the weekend over 80 points down on championship leader Jonathan Rea, however, that gap has since been reduced to 50 points.&n🌸bsp;
But even so, Redding is not thinking about the champion🐻ship just yet and instead wants to focus on maximising each weekend.
Redding said: "I’m not thinking about the championship. I let that ship sail after I crashed out at Estoril and then had a terrible weekend at Donington. Misano wasn’t great. I just don🐽’t even think about it.
"I was getting a little bit uptight about♛ it, and stressing, but I was like ‘you know what, he isn’t gaining anything’. Now I just take every weekend as it comes.
"If I can’t win and I have to go for third, let it be third. That’s all I could do. As long as I go away from the weekend knowing I did everything possible from my side, I go away hap🦹py and not stressed because that kind o𒀰f leads onto the next race and you start making more mistakes.
"I came in here like I did in Assen. Relaxed, chilled, don’t even play music a few minutes before and go ride. Do what I do best and come away with the win.&nbs𓆏p;
"It was a strong weekend and I was really hungry for it, like I always am, and had the bike under me♎ to do it and that’s what makes the difference."
