As was the case in FP3, Rea was untouchable throughout qualifying in🍷 wet conditions as 𓂃he claimed pole by +0.525s

The wet conditions sparked BMW into life as Michael Van Der Mark secured his first front row of the season with second, while nine-time Donington Park race winner Tom Sykes will sta💞rt third.

Leon Haslam was one of the first riders to change from wet tyres to intermediates with five minutes to go, however, the Honda rider crashed on his first lap - bringing his session to a premature end whilst runꦍning fourth.

It was a disastrous qualifying for second in the championship Toprak Razgatlioglu. The Yamah🌸a rider will start today’s race one in 13th place, while both factory Ducati riders Scott Redding and Michael Rinaldi looked on course for a similar position, before moving up to sixth and eighth on their final flying lap.

Free Practice Three

Six-time WorldS🦋BK champion Jonathan Reaꦓ was utterly dominant during this morning’s wet WorldSBK FP3 at Donington Park, while Kawasaki team-mate Alex Lowes was second fastest - +1.181s back.

Track conditions took a turn for the worse overni👍ght following a dry FP1 and FP2. The rain persisted into the session as lap times were 14 seconds slower than yesterday.

Day-one pacesetter Garretꦰt Gerloff went through the gravel at Redgate during the early stages, before Jonas Folger suffered a crash shortly after at turn eight. Scott Redding was the only other rider to take a tumble which came at the Melbourne loop late on.

Not known for his wet weather riding, Toprak Razgatlioglu could only manage eighth place, while fellow r💝ace winner at Misano Michael Rin🐬aldi was only 16th.
