Jessopp confirmed with leg injury

Martin Jessopp has been d🐲iagnosed with a broken right tibia and fibula following his collision with Da🌄n Linfoot during the opening race at Mallory Park.
The Ridersmotocycles.com Ducati rider came together with Linfoot on the t🉐hird lap of the race, Jessopp getting caught up in the Yamaha as they came down.
The team has since confirmed that Jessopp has suffered leg injuries and is currently waiting to be operated on at Leicester Royal Infirmary - hopefully on Wednesday - before being 🌟transferred to a hospital nearer to his home in Yeovil.
"I have also broken my left foot and it will just be a waiting game for that to mend,𓆏 so it is all pretty frustrating really," he told the🅠 BSB website. "I haven't seen the full footage, but I just had the front collected and that was it.
"I ⛎was having a good weekend until then; the Ducꦓati was working really well as Michael [Rutter - team-mate] showed, so I was on for some solid points and looked good to stay inside the top ten overall.
"The first thing I asked the surgeon was when they thought I could get back on the bike, but we will have to wait and see what happens after thಌe operation. I was looking forward to Knockhill, and for the second year in a row I won't be out on the grid - that is obviously disappointing, but now I have to focus on my recovery and go from there."
Jessopp had been classified ninth in the overall sta♚ndings ahead of Mallory Park and ha💛d been in contention for a Showdown position during the early stages of the season.
