Haga will race at Brno

Noriyuki Haga says he will bﷺe riding for 'as many points as possible' in the latest round of the World Superbike Championship at Brno after con༒firming he will participate in the event.

Cham🔴pionship leader Haga's title♎ hopes were thrown into jeopardy following the previous Donington Park round after an accident in the second race of the day landed him in hospital with a suspected fractured vertebra.

Noriyuki Haga says he will be ridi♓ng for 'as many points as possible' in the latest round of the World Superbike Championship at Brno after confirming he will participate in the event.

Championship leade✱r Haga's title hopes were thrown into jeopardy following the previous Donington Park round after an accident in the second race of the day landed him in hospital with a suspected fractured vertebra.

However, further tests would see his injuries downgraded to a fractured ulna, as well as a painful shoulder, ailments that hav🧜e ensured Haga is able to make the trip to the Czech Republic.

Even so, having m💝issed the two-day mid-season test at Imola, the Japanese rider admits he isn't quite at the peak of physical fitness, meaning he has his sigh𒁏ts set firmly on fighting for points.

"After the crash at Donington I've been doing a lot of physiotherapy in order to get back into shape as quickly as possible and in time for Brno," said the Ducati Xerox rider. "It's a pity I couldn't take part in the Imo🅺la testing as that would have been very useful but it was just too soon and it's ꦑmore important to be fit to race.

"I'm not sure that my arm and shou꧟lder will be 100% by the weekend but I'm confiden🔜t I'll be ready for the races and will fight to take as many points as possible."
